Harold has served over ten years as an educator, equity coach, and education consultant. He has facilitated inquiry-focused, antiracist, and equity-centered professional development for educational leaders and professionals nationwide, including the Louisiana Department of Education and Columbia Law School. Prior to consulting, Harold was a Social Science teacher and Community Schools Director in San Francisco. Harold earned an MA in Politics & Education from Columbia University, where he was an Arthur Zankel Urban Fellow, and a BA in Psychology from Cal. State Dominguez Hills. He believes an empowering and equitable education should be the constitutional right of every child.
